Numa is the flagship restaurant of Izla Hotel. The dishes mix traditional Mexican flavors with exotic and daring flavors. The menu includes Plantain Empanadas, Habanero Vichyssoise, Roasted Octopus, and Avocado Panacotta, among others. For this project we wanted to focus on the qualities of the environment and the freshness of the products. This is why the palm leaves mainly make up Numa's image.
